This film tells the story of two women, who team up together to steal two million dollars of mobster money.The directorial debut of the Wachowskis is quite good. It is a crime thriller with a witty story. There is much suspense and thrill, as things do not turn out as planned. It is well made technically as well. I enjoyed it.

This movie was a decent Saturday night TV past time. It is professionally done, to the point that one can get yawns. Sure, it seems that is it. But if you have a decent sense of time, you know there are more than 30 minutes to burn so there has to be a twist. And another. They writers are so professional there is no twist at all, only Hollywood scripting by the book. And they were right not to make it with a man - woman couple, or by now nobody would have watched it.So it is nicely done. But it is slow. And it hasn't aged well. Twenty years later and it is as slow, old fashioned and boring as the other film noir the writers were glorifying with this script.Than there are the sloppy details. An Armenian don talking in European Italian? But, in the end this is not art and there is no message in sight. The writers are good. And they are in the business of making money. And let's face it: if it wasn't for the cult status I wouldn't have seen it. The same as with the Matrix: back in the day there weren't the Marvel - Disney movies. Watched #Bound [1996]....Yeah pretty good indeed. A proper thriller where two lesbians plan to steal 2 million bucks from a mafia guy. But a small mistake and the plan miss-fires. Tension arises and they somehow manage. How ? Watch the film.... How they turn into sexual partners is also pretty interesting.... The best thing about this movie is that it expresses the anxiety very properly. And the dialogues are awesome....Not for kids....#worthWatching....

Sarafian, Mary Mara, Susie Bright, Margaret Smith, Barry Kivel, Peter Spellos, Ivan Kane, Kevin Michael Richardson and Gene Brokan. The story revolves around a lesbian relationship between two felonious characters who get involved with the Chicago Mafia. There are twists and turns throughout the movie that leaves one breathless. I gave it 10 stars, for even though it has a slow start, it progresses to a magnificent crescendo. Dale Haufrect
