Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.

After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.

Knight and Day was very decent. The acting done by Cruise was good although Diaz just made things worse. After hearing that Knight and Day will be turned into a Bollywood remake, my excitement level went up and was eagerly waiting for the film. But after spending BHD 3.500 on the tickets of this movie, I realized that I shouldn't have shown my face to the big screen. The direction and editing of the movie wasn't crisp and it was very choppy. Sunil Patel is a very decent DOP but his camera-work for Shimla, Prague, Thailand, and Abu Dhabi just didn't match my expectations that I had for him. The action scenes were ideally good but it's just the way it was edited that made me disappointed.Hrithik Roshan made the film bearable but until a point when Katrina Kaif steals the spotlight, that is the time to leave the Theatre. I am quite frankly done with the Mango ad girl. Danny Denzongpa did act decent for his role as Omar Zafar and Jimmy Shergill's cameo appearance was a good surprise. The music is average. The only 2 tracks that I like in my opinion are Tu Meri and Bang Bang title song.

Bad movie. Worst acting by hrithik n even worse was Katrina. I took 650 mg paracetamol n 50 mg caffeine to ward off the headache I got after seeing this trash. hrithik tried too hard to b a wannabe bond n cruise. he cannot act for sure. the martial act fight sequences done by him was too slow n fake. What can i say about the plot? Worst screenplay, worst editing, worst direction n to top it all, the songs man. it was torture to sit thru those repetitive moves of hrithik. is he a dancer or an actor? Hrithik is very overrated specially for his looks. The new Zealand n Australian cricket team has better looking players than him. Watch knight n day or spectre. Much better action flicks than this trash. Totally agree with the reviews written by fella_shibby.

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. This remake of the hit "Knight and Day" is a remake, but it has its own Indian flavor and charm. It is the BEST Bollywood movie we have ever seen and it was the most expensive movie ever made by Bollywood. The sets and picturesque backgrounds are breathtaking. It is a cute comedy-action-romance and for those who don't know, it is also a musical. The dance numbers are edgy (for Bollywood), contemporary and suggestive and the violence over the top (generally shoot 'em up without a lot of blood, but there is some gore in a couple of scenes) - so not a G (family) rated movie (I would say at least a PG-13), yet it has a sweet center with relationships/family being shown to hold the favored place. The romance was charming, quite innocent (no sex out of marriage) and sweet. The underwater tech was absolutely FANTASTIC with the first ever Flyboard stunt, which was stunning. The barefoot skiing sequence and others were also very creative. Some of the fight scenes are among the best ever made. No, it isn't a Hollywood production, so some things are a bit disjointed and don't come across as slick as a Hollywood movie, but as I said, the BEST ever Bollywood ever made. For what it is, two thumbs up.. ENCORE, ENCORE... we would like to see more of this kind of movie from Bollywood. We loved it, and recommend you try it, too.

How the hell these people get so much money to make this kind of scrap. Worst movie of 2014, the only highlight of the movie is Hrithik Roashan and well choreographed action sequences. This is the official remake of Knight and Day but the Indian input in the movie has made it unbearable. Katrina Kaif was to look beautiful, she looked, Hrithik had to look like Desi Hollywood Star he looked but where is the story, you can't make a 140 Minutes movies just on a two liner storyline. The most childish part of the movie was it's climax, what writer wanted to hide from the audience could be easily smelled and rest of the movie seems typical 80's B grade bollywood movie. I sincerely request big productions houses not to waste money on such a morons. Please make some sensible movies. Avoid it, if you want to save your precious time.
