To me, this movie is perfection.

Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.

Amazing worth wacthing. So good. Biased but well made with many good points.

The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.

InframanThe worst part of being a colossal man is that you have to have sex with tunnels.Luckily, the giant man in this sci-fi flick has been stripped of all sexual desires.A scientist at Science Headquarters transforms an average officer (Danny Lee) into a living weapon in order to defeat a recently resurrected demon princess and her skeleton ghost henchmen.While his enhanced martial arts and flashing thunder fists help him dispatch with most of her cronies, Inframan must tap his growth powers to squash the princess' biggest monster. Marking China's first foray into the superhero genre, this 1975 Shaw Brothers Studio contribution to the fledgling subgenre is absolutely unforgettable. While it's predominantly choreographed stage fights between elaborately dressed parties, this colourful kung fu movie has kaiju leanings once it comes to its monster-sized climax.Fortunately, China's smog is effect enough to kill off most any giant monster attacks.Yellow Light

For years, I never told ANYONE I had even SEEN that movie. And, I sure as HELL never told anyone that I had LIKED it! It was deserving of the title "cheesiest movie of the year" & could well have been nominated for the ALL-TIME award. Yet, I had enjoyed it. It became my secret shame.Then, one day, months, perhaps years later, my favorite Movie Critic, (with whom I agreed about 90% of the time), did something that made my heart sing & my soul feel relieved; Roger Ebert listed it as a "guilty pleasure"!Of all the THOUSANDS of movies he had seen in his career, one of only TEN listed, was INFRAMAN! This didn't prove my sanity, of course. But, it DID prove I was as sane as Roger Ebert & I'll take that any day.

Awakened from her centuries of slumber underneath the volcano of Mount Devil by an earthquake, the thoroughly wicked Princess Dragon Mom (deliciously overplayed with lip-smacking relish by the gorgeously slinky blonde looker Terry Liu) threatens to take over our planet. The cackling, whip-brandishing villainess is assisted by her numerous skull-faced soldiers and an unruly army of unsightly hyperactive monsters. Fortunately, newly created bionic superhero Infra-Man (stolidly essayed by Hong Kong action movie star Danny Lee) comes to mankind's rescue, beating up on Dragon Mom and her nefarious minions with his exceptional chopsocky prowess and remarkable super powers. This beautifully bent, batty and berserk baby possesses all the right wrong stuff to qualify as a complete corker: sloppy direction, endearingly grotesque beasts who are obviously just poor guys in cheesy rubber outfits (said ghastly ghouls include a tentacle creature, a shaggy-haired freak, a bright orange bug critter, and a fanged lumpy fudge thing), a constant quick pace, colorful, expansive widescreen cinematography, a flimsy, nonsensical plot (for example, everyone knows Infra-Man's name despite the fact that he was created a mere thirty seconds ago!), lovably lousy dubbing, terrible acting, a funky, throbbing score, tacky (substantially less than) special effects, cardboard characters and plenty of the craziest, funniest, most ineptly staged martial arts fight sequences to ever explode across the screen (Infra-Man and the various monsters all leap, flip, kick and punch with a furious all-out energetic abandon that's a true jaw-dropping joy to behold). Gloriously ridiculous, preposterous and often downright sidesplitting in its utter over-the-top manic absurdity, "Inframan" reigns supreme as a definite four-star camp classic to reckon with.

This film is very good but it is hilarious.Some of the monsters in it seem serious while others seem to have fun and act goofy!The main villain Princess Dragon Mom is a unreal character but it works! Infra Man is a good film and if you like Spectreman,Dynaman,and The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers then you'll love Infra Man!
