Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!
Good concept, poorly executed.
It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
Only Nick Cave could transform the Royal Arena at Copenhagen into such an intimate venue. This has to be up there with my top three best-ever concert films. It sounds like a cliche but you really felt you were there. So much so that on the worldwide one-night screen last night (April 12th) the audience were cheering after each song and shouting for more at the end. A peerless performer with a mighty band.
