Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

I had some vague memory of this movie. I must have been 7 or 8 and it was on TV. I could caught the beginning with the Space Waste Truck, Darth Vader and the USSSR President with his butt obsession. Getting to see this movie in it's full have taken me 30 years. Ultimately ending up watching it in terrible quality on YouTube. It hasn't aged that well. But I tried viewing it like it was the 1980's. This was made before the Simpsons, before most anything that we see today was out, and I try to keep this in memory. It's absurd beyond belief, but not necessarily in a bad way. It mocks both the Reagan era Star Wars program as well has the Soviets. And even though at the time the feminist Nazis who hates men was clearly a joke when Picha made the movie, it bares a striking resemblance towards today's society where these people actually exist. Females and so called "non-binary" persons with insane views on how people should live exist in today's society whereas they were considered insane and laughable in the 80's. Even though this movie doesn't hold a specific value anymore, times have changed to much, it's still fun to watch.

This was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a while. Never before have I seen a movie so tasteless, vulgar and hilarious at once.Things I liked: -Witty, yet vulgar humour. It had every kind of thing that might offend or disgust people (sex, violence, bodily functions, swearing, sexism) and yet it managed to be completely hilarious. All the jokes worked, and they came at you non-stop.-Great animation. It was very fluid, and the character designs were all beautifully ugly.-It was creative. This movie contained some of the most messed up imagery and gags ever brought on screen. Only the greatest imaginations can constantly make you think to yourself "what the f*** am I watching" so many times in one movie.-You just have to admire the courage the writers had to put some of this stuff in a movie. Like I said before, this is a completely offencive movie. But they still manage to make this entertaining and hilarious.Things I disliked -It's not really something I personally disliked, but I'd just like to warn people to not watch this if you're easily offended. But for those who aren't easily offended, and want to watch a funny, creative and entertaining movie, this is for you.

I can't believe what I saw. This movie can make anything created by Seth McFarlene and Matt Groening look like harmless fun. It starts out as the planet Earth is going through it's own problems (i.e. nations are blowing up other nations until their are two nations). The nations have become two nations: U.S.S.S.R., a nation of men and Vaginia, a nation of women. Worst part is, that they are warring amongst themselves and it is up to a down and out superhero named Fred (voice by David L. Lander who was Squiggy on TV's HAPPY DAYS) to bring peace to the planets or else the universe will be destroyed. Everything looks like something off from FLESH GORDON-type movie. The weapons and characters, even the battle (of the sexes) that is going on here. Apart from the pop culture like STAR WARS, CONAN, SUPERMAN and ET, there are loads, loads and loads of sexual reference and innuendo. Worst part is, it is full of stereotypes. Remember the old American cartoons from the 30's and 40's, where the portrayal of black and Japanese people was racist? It is still in this animated film, along with some sac-religious scene. Picha was doing a ton of research to make this animated film.Bottom line: This movie, like Juan Piquer Simon's adaptation of THE FABULOUS JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH (1976) and Woody Woodpecker, is not for everybody (like the politically correct and squeamish). With all the language, violence, gore, profanity and sexuality, it could make the Fleischer Brothers, Disney, Tex Avery, Walter Lantz, Bill Nolan, Ub Iwerks, Paul Terry and Chuck Jones all spin in their graves. Not rated, but an NC-17 would be appropriate. NC-17 for the stuff I mentioned early in this review.I guess this movie inspired Bob Boyle to come up with the YIN YANG YO (read my review) episode, "The High Sheas".

'The Big Bang' is from the people who brought you 'Jungle Burger'. It's certainly not for the prudish, but it's not pornography. I haven't seen it in many years, but I remember it as very funny and extremely strange. It is a post-Apocalypse story with mutant, multliple-breasted women firing bullets from their nipples. Ballerinas leap gracefully through the air, and the edges of their skirts cut heads off. This is set brilliantly to classical music. I also seem to remember the men retaliating with penis-shaped rockets. It sounds crude and nasty, but it isn't. The sexual imagery isn't meant to titillate or even be funny in the same way as 'Flesh Gordon'. The images are surreal, menacing; this is about nuclear war and mutants, not orgies. It's the dead opposite of 'Yellow Submarine' in tone and accessibility, but alike in its fantastic visual playfulness. 'The Big Bang' certainly isn't for everyone, but it is good.
