I just can't believe that i spend my precious 2nhalf hours on this stupid movie. Let be clear I have nothing against Sikh and Singh but if u gonna show their strength and greatness then show in a right way.I u gonna make him walk on the water and fly in the air then up yours i don't like it and accept it. He just can kill 100s of people by hand and can't spin the cars around and etc.The only reason in completed the movie because i wanted to be maximum angry and write the bad review so again Sigh saab the great is the worst movie i have ever seen. I want to see sunny deol in movies like ghatak and jeet etc with acceptable and reasonable story line and direction but this one was blew out of the water. shame shame shame shame shame shame 1/10.

It was only last week that I saw Prakash Raj as a villain in Rajjo and herein he does the same sort of character. Now we have a new character word: THE PRAKASH RAJ CHARACTER! And when it is overdone by he himself, then blast!Damini had one of the most memorable scenes of court dates and the makers don't restrain from using the idea a couple of times. Nor do they refrain from setting the whole plot up as a shiny parade of songs, slow- mos & stunt scenes out of revenge.It is not about the villain anymore. But using the same old corruption cleaning good-guy figure as the main stronghold just doesn't work. Sunny Deol is fine, all right. But his character and family is what troubles me. Starting a people's revolution against the tyranny? Well, that only works in fiction. And if you are to succeed, bring logical reasoning in.But SSTG all just bases on the cliché. Even the side characters are borrowed from other films. Johnny Lever should just stop. Amrita Rao did fine. Also, adding an emotional quotient and then using it as a conclusive weapon just is the most overrated/overused/ludicrous tactic in Bollywood cinema today.The dialogs are too gaudy & flashy that may keep a niche audience entertained.BOTTOM LINE: With a necessary item song, this film is just like any other heroism flick, which is watchable but recommended to skip!Can be watched with a typical Indian family? YES

In recent years we have seen Sunny Deol in films which haven't been suited for his acting. In the last 5 years he has made films like Fox, Right Yaa Wrong, Yamla Pagla Deewana and Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, and in my opinion the only one really worth watching was YPD, but it wasn't a role in which Sunny Deol excels in. In Singh Saab, we see Sunny Deol in a role reminiscent of his 90's roles. It's full of Sunny Deol style roaring and shouting on top of what I call Sunny Deol action (People flying away with one punch, ripping out posts from the ground) which has in recent years been adapted by all the other actors but we now see Sunny Deol showing them how it's done. A return to real action for Sunny Deol.With a good storyline and great acting this is must see, not just for Sunny Deol fans but also regular cinema goers.

singh saab the great is the movie which only an actor like sunny deol can justice to it.this movie is about an honest collector who fight not for revenge but for change which is something shown new today. sunny deol is in his full potential.the movie will strike to every aam aadmi and janta of India.it has a rural touch to it so effectively which no film could gave in recent past since dabangg.in short it Can be said that it is completely a comeback of sunny deol and a grand comeback.everyone should watch this movie if u really love some meaningful films.otherwise many meaningless films coming like chennai express ......
