This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.

The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

Everything in this movie is perfect, it captured the aura of the series (book). The visual is excellent and the music is fantastic. I think there are many negative comments here due to bandwagons hating

Bella doesn't know that Edward is a vampire in the begin of the film, but she starts noticing strange things about him. When Edward finally tells his secret, Bella gets to know the family of Edward. All the family members were bitten by other vampires with their fangs. They bit other people to suck their blood and the victims became also immortal. She discovers how it is how to live like a vampire and how the whole family became a vampire. It is science fiction but when you're watching, you won't notice that the story isn't true. Vampires occur in folktales and the author tells that on a very creative way for teenagers. Bella has to choose between herself and Edward because she is in danger if she stays with him, so it is a film with a lot of action and romance. Also Edward becomes in a conflict with himself because he doesn't want Bella to be in danger but he also don't want to lose her so he has to make a choice, that creates exciting scenes. A negative comment on the movie is the end, because it has no end! Happily, there are 4 films to go yet until the end.
