How sad is this?

Good story, Not enough for a whole film

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

This film is so real. It treats its characters with so much care and sensitivity.

Where do i begin with this movie? well for starters, you can't make an argument as to what its satarizing. no joke, it parodies alvin and the chipmunks, high school musical, a nick tv show, love guru, the day after tomorrow and more. I only laughed once, but even then, it was ruined because they explained a joke. also, it's boring, and i can't give a dang about one of the characters. the song is also torture and saying "they were in this movie!" people say parody movies are dead, this is proof. seltzer and friedberg are hacks who have no understanding of comedy. you want a good parody? watch young frankenstein, or silent movie, or history fo the world, part 1, or naked gun, or airplane. this is one of the worst movies people could've made.

You know it's a parody in the end so don't take it very personal the movie is bad because they are making to much of this kind the plot is very poor, they "make fun" of too many movies, maybe a 12 y/o can laugh at this but only if he understands and have seen all they movies that they are making fun of. This is going out of hand I miss those old movies with the legend Leslie Nielsen etc. maybe they where cheese but I have laughed at every single one of them every time I have watched them. So, go and watch other movies guys, if you want parodies or a fun comedy i recommend the old ones, even though some of them has bad CGI (amazing for their time though) but you can laugh at that too.

This is a truly terrible movie. All of the spoof movies these guys make are pretty bad, except for the first few "Scary Movies", I heard those were good. Anyway, the gags in this movie are really lame and they also use the same dance battle gag that they used in "Meet the Spartans" in this one. This movie should be watched only by people who love bad movies, and even for them, probably only once.I have seen almost all of these dreaded movies. In terms of writing I thought that "Meet The Spartans" was the worst. However, there are two scenes in this movie that really set it apart. This movie has two extensive musical numbers , three if you count the scene with the Chipmunks, and they are awful. One near the beginning of the movie is a true test of a person's ability to endure bad cinema.I'm not one of those guys who think that humor should always be G-rated, especially because good clean jokes are hard to find. However, some of the jokes in this movie were just gross. The first one that comes to mind is the "sourdough" joke that the princess tells, which you will encounter if you watch this wretched thing. For cinematic masochists, this movie will test your endurance. For everybody else, it's best to stay away from whatever this thing is.

I was looking forward to watching this because I love disaster movies and it would be so easy to make fun of them. With all the unrealistic survival situations, moron decisions by bad guys and the fact that there's very few disaster movies that would make you go "Wow!".I haven't watched this movie for many years, but I still remember being hugely disappointed by it. Much like "Meet the Spartans", the jokes are not about what the movie is titled. Instead there's just poor celebrity imitations with bad jokes. I can't remember laughing even once. On the other hand I regularly get a lot of laughters out of bad disaster movies like "Atomic Twister". And I even think that one didn't intend to be funny at all, while this one did.
