Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!

The movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.

It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

Actress is magnificent and exudes a hypnotic screen presence in this affecting drama.

OK let's get something straight. The film isn't great. The plot is quite simple. A woman has had a number of relationships and now wants to settle with one of them considering they must have gotten better with time. But things do not work out for her when she finds that most of them are either still douche-bags or not her worth. To help her in this cause is her neighbor Colin played by wonderful Chris Evans who plays another douche sleeping with a new woman everyday. When Ally played by Anna Farris rejects his advances, he ultimately realizes over that he has fallen for her and wants to settle with her and Guess what, the woman starts feeling the same and they end up happily. Quite a simple show BUT I do would say that this isn't that bad considering the criticism It has received. The film surely has its moments. The sad thing is the makers didn't invest much into the characters. This has been projected as a romantic comedy but unfortunately there's hardly romance between the leads and there's where the film goes wrong. I saw this film because of Chris Evans as he's my favorite actor. I hadn't seen a single of Anna Farris hence I didn't know about her.But the film is about her and not him. He plays her love interest and his screen time too is apparently shorter. But to compensate this, their chemistry is nice. Anna Farris is good in a couple of times but sometimes she goes over the top and too loud. Other characters are well etched and acted nicely. Special mention to Ally's mother - She is hilarious. Her dad and her friends are good too. Her Sister Daisy and her relationship with her lover is well etched. The feel of the film isn't bad at all. It's only few moments that do not leave an Impact which is why you feel bad.The biggest drawback is where Colin immediately falls for Ally. If a man's already sleeping with women everyday and if there's something that is influencing him in form of a woman IT would take time for him to change his ways but Chris falls for her in one day and has a heart change. OK Even if we consider this, It wasn't that affecting. However the scenes between them particularly the basketball scene and the others that follow are nicely pictured. Music is effective. Every song almost leaves an Impact and that really goes into the favor of the film. Special mention to Neon Lights that play at the end.The film's thought however is noble. Love's better than everything. Sex only gives you satisfaction till you realize the Importance of being with someone and spending time with them. The only wish if they Invested more into the subject. The film could have been really really awesome. But still it's good. Definitely a one time watch. My Pick scene from the film is when Anna and Chris are engaged in a brief fight. Their emotions of the characters truly come out in that.My rating 6/10

As a teenage viewer, I do suppose my review is biased to an extent as my tastes may not be seen as quite "refined" as critics or adults older than me, but overall, "What's Your Number?" is a movie I would definitely recommend to any fan of the genre. While it follows the premise of and shares the same predictability as most romantic comedies do, "What's Your Number?" achieves its purpose in a manner that ultimately can only be described as "cute". Although I have never been the biggest fan of romantic comedies beforehand and an extra star may have subconsciously been added to my review due to the presence of Chris Evans (whose fantastic body is on display throughout the movie), I can easily see this as a movie I'll go back to again and again in the future. The acting and storyline are obviously not the best (and why would a movie of it's genre be expected to be?), but are lovely to watch nevertheless. Charming, witty, and humorous, it took almost all of my ability to not give this film a 10/10 star-rating (and I still would if it weren't for my desire to appear credible!). At the heart of it all, despite my only motive for purchasing this movie originally being the fact that I get to see my absolute favorite actor on-screen for a little less than two hours, I am thoroughly satisfied with the entertaining night the movie provided. While the eye-candy certainly did a great amount to pull me in, "What's Your Number?" is a movie worth staying for.

This review could be summed up in two words: 'Anna' and 'Faris.' Need I say more? Yes? Oh, okay then.If you don't know, Anna Faris is fast catching Cameron Diaz up as the 'dippy, but lovable blonde.' Here she plays a girl who decides she's slept with too many men and decides to track down all twenty of her exes to see if one of them was actually Mr Right. She does this with the help of her neighbour, played by Chris Evans.Does anyone actually watch a romantic comedy and wonder whether the two leading characters will or won't get together in the end? Probably not, so I won't go there. Instead I'll mention that Anna does track her previous guys down in a series of almost 'sketch-like' chapters. This is hardly the work of genius scriptwriters, but, in this case, it gets the job done, as each man she revisits is pretty funny each time.Faris is silly, dippy, attractive and falls over a lot, but then that's what she does. And, if you're not into that sort of performance, you'll probably hate this film.However, if you want a daft romantic (kind of adult) comedy, there are worse around. I laughed and I don't normally laugh at 'boy meets girl' type of flicks.Grab the popcorn and put your brain on hold long enough to wonder whether Anna and Chris decide that, despite their differences, they're really meant for each other. Almost brings a tear to my cynical eye.

one of the best romantic comedies you can ever see. I think that Chris and Anna made a really good job. I think this is one of the best movies Anna has ever made. Chris was born to play Captain America but this movie fits him very well. I can not say anything bad about this movie. I watched it like a 14 times. But it was worth it. You would't regret watching it. It makes you say I wish I was Ally or makes you wonder when are you going to find your Colin. I always search for romantic comedies like this this. I love how they make us hope for the true love and hope to find it soon but also teaches that you have to be patient and make the right choice. to sum up if you want to watch a movie that is going to make you smile you should definitely watch this movie
