Wow! Such a good movie.

How sad is this?

A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.

There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.

You know, I never knew there was a sequel to The Butterfly Effect until today. I didn't even think a sequel was possible considering how the first one ended. After seeing part two I'm sorry I found out about it. I know that sequels are hardly ever as good as the first. Heck, they're usually not even worth the celluloid they're filmed on. Yet and still I watched this on the strength of the first installment.Part 2 was the same but less unique, less intriguing, less gritty, less breathtaking, less good. The only thing it was more of was erotic. This was the Cinemax soft core porn edition of the first one. I actually wonder if this movie has anything to do with the first one besides the name. This was so lazy and thoughtless. All I ask is that if you're going to make a sequel--put in a little effort.

I thought part one, with Ashton Kutcher, was AWESOME. It had purpose and a meaningful story line of a kid who made a mistake that had consequences that he tried to right... you can see my review on it. This one on the other had, I saw as a little more one sided. A man who lost the love of his life went back to get her back. And then went for selfish reason to get a better position at work and more money to give his girlfriend the life she wanted...and then went back because his selfishness, which lost him his girl, cause her to get shot...and then went back....you get the picture. Needless to say, I didn't even finish it. Strated great, but the story line left a lot to be desired.

I really like this The Butterfly Effect (2004) I think that great movie, really well made.I did not even know this movie was made it until i find out about The Butterfly effect 3 two years ago, I was like what, when did they make the second after that seen all the review mostly bad ones.I was not going to watch this movie at all but two days ago I saw this movie for 75P, I could not say no to that.This movie is about guy who was in a car crash that killed his pregnant girl friend and two of his other friends and after he came out of his coma.He can now look old pictures and come back in time when the picture was taken and change is life for the better, but he just makes is life worse.The ending was so predictable, how can no one see that coming!The acting in this movie was descent for a sequel that went Straight to DVD 3 out of 10

I watched this movie two years ago with my family members and we were all disappointed. There is almost nothing good about this movie except that my father paid money for it. This movie is much worse than the first one which was done very well. The first movie has a very huge impact on me but not this one. This one is extremely disappointing. There were just so many parts of this movie that we need to fast forward and there were so many nude and sexual scenes that practically doesn't serve any purpose in this movie. The only good thing about this movie is the ending. The rests of the parts of the movie were just pure boring. This movie is even worse than an average drama serial. There were some action in this movie but the standard of this movie is still very low because of the terrible storyline. There was a part in which the guy kept having a nose bleed. That makes completely no sense at all. Please stay away from this movie if you like the first one. This is probably one of the bottom five movies I have ever watched in my life. Score: 3 out of 10 stars (Very Poor)
