Good concept, poorly executed.

It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

This is a great idea with good acting but for Pete's sake, quit insisting that you're fine when you and everyone ELSE knows that you're NOT! I degraded this movie big-time because of how long throughout the story he keeps insisting and insisting not to see a doctor when his friend keeps pestering and pestering him to. And even moreover, any friend would just give up after awhile and walk away from him, leaving him on his own, it's that ongoing and he's being that much of a moron. It's absurd. I stopped watching about a third or halfway through because it's so stupid.

This movie wasn't great and obviously borrowed from some other films but overall I found the story interesting and the characters engaging.Special kudos for the special effects. Talk about getting the most out of a limited budget. Would like to see more from the makers of this film.

This movie manages to blend action, thrills, and scares reasonably well, but it suffers from the lack of engagement value. I think the problem was that the film quality didn't feel like that of a movie, and that the characters lacked depth. At least "Chronicle" felt like a movie. This felt like a found-footage YouTube video by Smosh-like adults.What type of movie is this? Well, it's a mix of several genres: action, buddy film, psychological thriller, horror, and mystery. All these blend fairly well, but the drama itself is not that interesting. This is not a scary movie. This movie is badly written and the ending is awful. This is fact Documentary being made by a vampire. It is a horror movie that is not scary. 6.3 is just overrating it. This movie has an awful story line. I am running out of things to say. I need more lines. I like most vampire movies. I do not like this one. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money. Do not see this awful movie. I do not know why people like it. I guess they are easy to scary. Awful movie awful movie awful movie awful movie. Do not see it. Do not see it.
