You won't be disappointed!
Powerful
A Masterpiece!
Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Probably the worst combination of bad acting and bad sound effect. What else can be expected from this. Story was somewhere nice. But actors were all bad. Sound effect was badly chosen. Story goes like this "In a medical school, the freshmen students Alison Blanchard, Brian Cross, Carlos Aclar and Rick O'Connor receive the cadaver of a young woman for dissection in their anatomy class of Professor Walter Blackwell. The atheist Alison has a weird sensation that the spirit of the corpse is trying to communicate with her and tries to unravel who the woman was. Meanwhile, all the persons that handle the corpse mysteriously die." Wasted my time over this movie. I'll not recommend it. Even if you have nothing see, Don't pass your time on this one. Good luck everyone!
As a horror fan, i watch over 1500-2000 movies, and got a one big picture of good suspenseful horror movies should be all about.Im not in slashers or gore fest like movies, but story driven kind is my taste....And to finish the title of this review: ...what the man who read scenario had in his head that he wanted to make this a movie.Lead roll? Horrible...The movie is just complete waste of your time if you are horror fan.I've seen many real B horror movies made with 4-5 figures budget, that put this movie to the ground.Just bad and complete waste of time.Floating in tank full of that body's is scene that puts this to the top, or should I say to complete garbage.Tank is about 1,5 m in depth. The guy just floats around 40cm from the top, and the girl just has to take of the shirt and go in to fetch him, like she has 5cm long arms, and cant reach him from the top....Stupid...stupid...stupid...
On the first day of gross anatomy class four doctors in training team up to work on a cadaver they end up calling Norma (Petroro). Allison (English) notices the self inflicted wounds and feels something is deadly wrong. She can't convince anyone and starts playing detective to find out who this person was in life. Anyone that comes across the corpse ends up dead and sometimes in gruesome ways. In life Norma was possessed by a demon and her soul still is in death. This movie starts off on a creepy note and is able to hold it for quite awhile. Unfortunately, as the story is revealed the worse this gets. There is enough blood and gore and gross moments to keep you going for awhile, but the reveal is disappointing. Director Jason Todd Ipson manages some good atmosphere and a sense of dread the film really needed, but the script and the movie starts getting away from him towards the end. Corri English is an absolute head turner and will keep your attention along with this movie up to a certain point. A near miss.
8 Movies to die for. Sadly I have seen several movies from them and just don't understand the hype. I have seen better on late night TV.Medical students are learning anatomy and doing an autopsy. They have gotten the wrong corpse, she has a vendetta and doesn't care who she gets revenge on.One of the students decides to investigate and researches the back story of the corpse. It's like an episode of Scooby Doo but with a cadaver.Basically, it's not a very good movie and if I had paid to see it in a theater instead of at home, I would have been angry I wasted money to see this.
