A Disappointing Continuation

It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.

There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.

Well.. If this film is good for anything. It's making you want to drink the chemicals under the sink. There is quite literally a couple scenes where the main actors are on screen, there is dialogue being said.. and there mouths are not moving... In Once scene, game of science chick is hugging/kissing the back of Junior who. and they're dubbing over this action with her saying some garbage melodrama dialogue. here mouth clearly busy mashed up against his back in some sort of kiss face mush and not talking. Im not kidding, ive never noticed so clearly in any film a consistent progression from starting mediocre, to the middle being b-grade, to getting down to neil brine levels by the end of it. Was it done on purpose? Not sure. What im sure of is Stanly tucci needs to fire his agent.

Some good and well known actors in the cast of a infested/zombie apocalypse - I guess nothing could go wrong!? Wrong...Well, the production value is of good tv-scale and the actors are doing a solid job but the thing that drags the movie really down is the boring plot/story and some of the stuff put in to let things look "cool" (the music and some cool cat dialogues etc.) are just silly and out of place or destroy most of the suspense and atmosphere. Sad it is - with the same crew but a good constructed script this could have been easy a good movie.Patient Zero: in my view not such a disaster as many reviews indicate but masterpieces of the genre like 28 Weeks Later are miles (many) ahead.Edible for the zombie-fanatico if nothing else is on the menu.

I refuse to write anything . Waste of time , funniest part of the movie was that they ended on a potential seguel !

After seeing the cast I thought this could be quite good, those actors wouldn't all sign up to a terrible film would they? What's that? They would? Oh...that's a shame. It probably would've worked a little better if the mostly English cast didn't all put on American accents...but that's just one of the issues in this film. If I could go back in time ninety minutes I'd tell myself to go and watch some extreme paint drying videos on YouTube instead as this would be far more entertaining. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
