The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.
There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
The Nelsons go and rob a museum and Binky Nelson loses his pacifier while him and his family were robbing the bank. So Binky Nelson goes back to the museum to get his pacifier back. Minions was one hell of a disappointment back in 2015 but this 5min short spin-off is nothing like that. The film gives little Nelson a job to do and he goes all Ethan Hunt inside a Museum in order to find his pacifier and once a guard tries to stop him the thing ends 'badly' for him with Binky getting his victory over the "giant". Overall adorable animation and an interesting and hilarious plot make for a big adventure that lasts 5 minutes and includes a credit scene too. (A+)
"Binky Nelson Unpacified" is an animated short film from last year that brings back some of the characters from the Minions movie and tells a little story about their baby's lost pacifier. The parents think he has to get along without it, but Binky won't let go and goes on an adventure to the local museum in his attempts to get it back. I personally did not enjoy the watch here. It was never entertaining and the question if he gets it back or not was just never really interesting either. I don't think these characters were interesting enough to be given their own (short) film, even if I kinda like Keaton and Janney and they were a bit wasted here. I am also disappointed with Joubert and Lynch as I expected better from them given the fact that they have delivered in terms of quality and quantity during their careers. This one here is probably among their most forgettable. I don't recommend the watch.
