Absolutely brilliant

At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.

I guess I misunderstood. I saw this rad cover of this angry screaming females, all yellow. I swear I read that it was about some money being taken. I got it in my head that some Girl Scouts got their cookie money stolen and the Girl Scouts mothers go on a kicking teeth mission. This was not the case. Honestly I still think someone should make that movie. Hollywood, listen to me and stop trying to destroy Old Boy.Our toughest woman doesn't even fight at the end. A guy takes over the fight. It made me angry. Good thing about disappointment though, I always think I missed something and want to watch the movie again.The characters, especially the females, are well written and very different and some twists make you wonder how long they'll be friends. They don't get along even when getting along. What would be the fun of a road trip movie if everyone just sang the whole time? Amateurs on a sting mission. Amateurs on a spy mission. It's light. The Chaser came out the same year. Maybe you needed something light.KD Media's first pressings are often sleeved with alternate art. This release is no different. I love the cover. It makes you wish it was as judged. Damn you proverbs.

The plot is about a female group/friends going on a journey of reclaiming their lost money. Plot includes some twists and turns on the way but they finally get to what they started up with. This movie was quite an entertaining "female" (the persons who wanted their money back where all female) action/comedy. It also had an above average story. It is not another "my sassy girl" (one of the best Korean movies, recommended for all) :) Anyone who enjoys Korean movies should enjoy this one as well. Worth a rent at least :)This is my first "review" of a movie. I am kinda giving back to the IMDb community for helping me choose what to view and what not to view.
