The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.

The film deals about two friends from German Polizei : Max(Heino Ferch) and Nico(Tobias Moretti).Max is a good pater-families with spouse and three sons and Nico is an alcoholic recently divorced. When they are on patrol ,Niko accidentally shot and murder a strange man who had stopped through road .The two policemen cover it up and submerge the car with body into the river.But the victim results to be a big fish about to hand over himself to the Police and with a trouble-making documents upon dope business.Meanwhile Max wishes an anxious promotion and Nico is tempted by drug lord's cash.Finally, a Max'son is kidnapped and is developed an exciting and violent ending confrontation.This highly suspenseful movie film contains action,thriller,mystery and a little bit of violence.Besides displays strong sex scenes despite to be made for TV.Duo protagonist is frankly sensational, terrific acting by Heino Ferch as the good father police,he's an experienced actor who played to Albert Speer in the ¨Downfall¨, Athos in ¨DÁrtagnan and the three Musketeers¨ and Vercingetorix in ¨Julius Caesar¨ and intervened in ¨Napoleon¨.Excellent Tobias Moretti as drunk-bad guy police, he was starring of Kommissar Rex , Joseph in ¨Joseph of Nazareth¨(Rafaele Mertes) and Caius Cassius in ¨Julius Caesar(along with Heino Ferch) .This television picture is the previous work of the first great success ¨The experiment¨by Oliver Hirschbiegel.Besides, he directed to Tobias Moretti in some episode of Kommissar Rex and Baby Rex.His greatest hit smash is,of course,the magnificent ¨Downfall¨.He's nowadays working for Hollywood in his recent shooting : ¨The invasion¨with Nicole Kidman.
