This piece combines segments from important non-english films in such a way that when these segments are combined together they sound like wĭn'ə-pěg' sĭn'ə-mə-těk' phonetically. One of the intents of this piece is to allow the films themselves to pay homage to the cinema that played and supported them. Ok... Let's be honest. It cannot be the best movie but is quite enjoyable. The movie has the potential to develop a great plot for future movies
