The Midsummer's Voice
Sun Xiaolei, a drama school student, is facing the first important competition in his life, but the delay in changing his voice makes him anxious. In the process of preparing for the competition, Xiaolei accidentally became friends with two competitors - Shi Jiahui, a boyish old girl, and Xie Tianci, who was born in a famous Beijing opera family. In the long summer, the three teenagers are about to face a "reversal" of puberty.

Too much about the plot just didn't add up, the writing was bad, some of the scenes were cringey and awkward,
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.
