In the territorial waters of the USSR, the team of a border ship recorded a deviation from the agreed course of a foreign vessel. During the inspection of the incident, it turns out that the offending vessel threw an object overboard. The border guards, with the help of a journalist assigned to them, establish that this is a radio beacon belonging to one of the Western intelligence services. A bit overrated, but still an amazing film
This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
