The plot focuses on the great stress and anxiety experienced by those at Los Alamos while the test of the first atomic bomb (the "Trinity" test) was being prepared.

Excellent, Without a doubt!!
All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.
It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
