If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.

Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.

I personally feel 5.5/ 10 is too low for the movie. True its the same gissi pitta old story but there is one thing about the movie and that is fun. Aayushmaan has acted superbly and to that extend even Sonam Kapoor. But the best act was put forward by Rishi Kapoor.There is something about the movie which gives you a feel good factor. If you are looking for a real intense and mind blowing acting then this one is not for you. But if you are looking for a nice movie which you can enjoy with your friends over the weekend then this the movie for you.Nice movie.... I would give it 7-8/10 ...though I have given 10/10 which is only to increase its current rating.

When the Great Recession started in 2009, many innocent people lost their job as few companies went bankrupt overnight. Bewakoofiyan borrow the interesting concept of love during "recession" drama and surprises you with light-heart comedy.In order to impress Myra's father, Mohit does everything on earth from white lies about his job and status to bank account balance. Things turns topsy turvy when recession hits the market and Mohit actually loses his job.This is the second movie from Nupur Asthana who gave a surprise comedy MUJHSE FRAANDSHIP KAROGE. Keeping a title like Bewakoofiyaan and telling story about love in the time of recession sounds weird but interesting as well. The director does not waste time in boy-meets-girl love saga and focuses straight to the point of impressing the father-in-law. The movie is definitely engaging thanks to the wonderful chemistry between Rishi Kapoor and Ayushman Khurranna. Screenplay is little timid and does not pick up anywhere. Music is average with none of songs leaving impact. Cinematography is decent. Art direction is just about okay. Dialogues are passable. Rishi Kapoor is the powerhouse of performance playing yet another character to cherish and applaud. Ayushman gives adequate support. Sonam Kapoor is over the top. She still has a long way to go to prove her mettle.Overall, a light-hearted romantic comedy strictly for one-time watch. Decent. 2.75/5www.facebook.com/FilmyChowk

Its Just a movie can watch for once .......... If you have gf/ bf, Thenthis movie will be more interesting as this happens in every love storythe character called mohit chadda ayushman would go through a critical career crises in his life and financially where his girl friend maya discuss about his financial crises the small discussion leads to heated argument between the both and build up egos and decide to broke, where they realize lately they cant live separately maya father helps the couple to rethink and make them reunion at last.... good time passes away as you watch .....

OK, first of all i see many people massacring this movie. I can understand why. This movie is only for a specific set of audience and not for all. If you are a Chennai express, Jai ho, Dhoom 3 fan you'll probably end up hating this movie. But if you are upto something light- hearted then this is one of the best which Bollywood can offer. I do not want end up giving away details of the movie. The storyline is pretty common one, a love story which we all can relate ourselves to. Music is pretty good. It goes well with movie. Raghu Dixit has done a good job with bg music. Now about performances and characters, Rishi Kapoor was too much adorable, he has something new to offer in this movie, a "Disguised Villain". Ayushman Khurrana seemed as if he continued his role from Vicky Donor, which is a good thing. Sonam Kapoor was a eye candy, she looks gorgeous in this movie. Verdict: Go for it. This is a feel good type of movie. I enjoyed Bewakoofiyan!
