As a result, time banks begin to form encouraging members to repair and rebuild their community without cash. But, new time bankers must adapt to a new system without money in order to keep their neighborhoods strong and flourishing.

Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.
It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Worth seeing just to witness how winsome it is.
