Sick Product of a Sick System
Absolutely Brilliant!
By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
Hans Rosling hosts an energetic and informative glimpse of the meaning and impact that statistics has on big data. Entertaining and digestible: perfect for the layman! My only complaint is that there was not enough depth for my satisfaction (which is understandable given the short run time and broad audience that the BBC caters to).
