Reviews
This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
It’s sentimental, ridiculously long and only occasionally funny
It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
This film was just recently broadcast on Swedish public service network. This documentary depicts three young conservative teenagers involved in local politics.Very idealistic and patriotic at first but as the film follows them, they get more and more disillusioned with the political game, process and candidates. What is so interesting about these young people is their naivety, idealism and also the fact that they really try to make change in various ways.Anyone who says that young people aren't interested in politics should see this film because it kills a lot of the criticism aimed at the younger generations.Hardest part is seeing how these guys struggle trying to find a better option when they realize how hard the realities of the political machine really is.So, if you want to see an interesting documentary about young political people, then see this. Afterwards, try to get hold of Choose Connor (2007)a brilliant political satire that shows another darker side of young political idealism.
