Developed on the streets, it portrays all the emotion of kids growing up in poor communities plagued by drugs, violence, and hopelessness, as well as the sheer joy of movement and of life itself. Purely Joyful Movie!
It's no definitive masterpiece but it's damn close.
Good concept, poorly executed.
All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
