A lot of fun.
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
This program not only tells the story of a city and neighborhood's growth and evolution, but of the growth and evolution of the gay civil rights movement itself.
