I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
Very Cool!!!
A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,
This is a very scary movie. It has a good story line. It also has good acting. I have no idea why people do not like it. It is a very underrated movie. It is very scary. It scarier then A Nightmare on elm street.
I've seen a lot of bad movies. Especially anything shown on the Syfy(less) channel from 2000-2010 and beyond. This, as bad as it is, its certainly better than those - but not by much. Basically it's a walking tree that kills people. Yes, you read that right. A WALKING TREE that KILLS PEOPLE. And the only channel that shows it, is Turner Classics. Kind of lie to call this a classic. And I can't believe that with all the great movies yet to be saved on Blu Ray, that this silly snoozefest has been given that honor. Needs to be seen once and then never again. Unless it's on opposite anything on the SYFY channel that isn't the Expanse. Then watch it twice.
TabangoThis film is set in some tropical locale--full of savages will silly beliefs and a thirst for blood. Well, actually, it looks like it was filmed in the US and they used the same sort of extras to play natives as you'd have found in "Beach Blanket Bingo"! They look as exotic and foreign as a pot roast and sound just as exotic!!When "From Hell it Came" begins, a guy is being murdered by the evil priest. His crime? He studied the ways of the white doctors who are there to study these jungle savages and treat plague victims!! Then the film switches to the whiter folks and their work to study the flora, fauna and treat diseases caused by radiation. One of the things they have yet to study is the Tabanga--a supposedly mythical monster that does the bidding of the local evil witch doctor. Imagine their surprise when they find out the Tabanga is real...and out for blood. What is this 'Tabanga'? Well, it's a killer tree...yes, I said tree!!! Not surprisingly, it turns out to be one of the silliest monsters in movie history! So is the film worth seeing? Absolutely! It's so bad that it's quite funny and it's also a great film to watch with friends so you can all laugh and make comments. Provided, of course, your friends are into that sort of thing.
Another classic from the 50's,a time when imagination was used, unlike so many of today's productions. This is quite simply a popcorn classic,a movie that will keep your attention for many different reasons. The plot is very straightforward, the highlight of course being the "monster", which has to be seen to be believed! The film can never be called boring as it rips along, all 71 minutes of it, at a fair old pace. Regarding the actors,Tod Andrews and Tina Carver as the good doctors are fine, but it's Linda Watkins as Mrs Mae Kilgore that steals the show for me. No matter what people say about this movie, it will always be remembered in some form, hated or loved. Me? I love it!
