Touches You
Wow! What a bizarre film! Unfortunately the few funny moments there were were quite overshadowed by it's completely weird and random vibe throughout.
a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.
A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
I (almost) never want to watch a movie twice. But with this one I wouldn't mind. For those that like quirky, odd humor this is a must- see. This movie is at times hysterically funny. If I should say something negative, it would be that making fun out of a mentally deficient person is not what everyone would consider good taste. The scenes with the Leprechaun is absolutely priceless. The dialogue is in Spanish with English subtitles, but don't let that put you off. This chilean film is a little gem. If you like things like Blackadder, Mr. Bean, Dumb & dumber, then chances are you will like this one. One of the best comedies I have ever seen.
