hyped garbage
Crappy film
It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
A fantastic, movie around a post apocalyptic world. It really feels like a movie that was made in the 80's. A good watch for anyone looking to not take a movie to seriously.
"T Is for Turbo" is a 5-minute short film from 5 years ago and it's quite baffling to see three writers and three directors work on a film with this runtime. The three also act in here. The short film gained some popularity recently as the trio turned it into an award-winning full feature film last year. IMDb lists horror as a genre for this one, but I cannot really agree. Despite all the gore and splatter, it is very much a comedy in my opinion. With fantasy elements obviously and the usual story of a superhero saving a damsel in distress from a group of villains. But can he really save her? Watch for yourself. Or don't as this one here does not really deliver in any area and the production values are really low for the most part. It did not get me interested in checking out the feature film that followed. Not recommended.
