This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

the movie has doses of action, sentiment , romance , comedy and script the movie"s main defect is the length nearly it goes for 3 hours. so the defect is the editing. all stars perform well. some scenes will touch the viewers. overall a good treat to watch. direction by vamsi is good. some action scenes are commendable. the pre climax scenes are good. the sentiment in the last 10 minutes of the movie is driving factor for the movie. the climax is funny. a neat family entertainer for all. brahmanandam is OK. he has not got a good role. Jr ntr is perfect. heroines are good and suit well. the movie length is irritating. songs are perfectly picturised and taken. the dialogs are commendable. rest things are good and acceptable. overall the movie is good treat to watch with family. final analysis: first half is good. second half is better. climax is good. finally the movie sets as a hit mark.

Buzz up! Story Bhanu Prasad (Prakash Raj) and Siva (Srihari) are stepbrothers. They get separated due to some conspiracy by Bhanuprasad's brother-in-law (Tanikella Bharani) and they become bitter enemies. They stay in separate villages, which were in the border of Telangana (Mahbubnagar) and Kurnool (Rayalaseema).Bhanu's daughter Bhumi (Kajal) studies in the city, while Siva's wife's (Sitara) sister's daughter Indu (Samantha) is one of her best friends. Bhumi and Indu doesn't know each other that they were cousins. Krish (NTR) is the son of an industrialist (Mukesh Rushi) and he falls in love with Indu. He is quite bold and takes her home and introduces her to his parents. Once Indu tells Krish that Bhumi was in a problem and she needs his help. According to her, Bhumi wants to pursue higher education in the US, but her father wanted to marry her to his nephew (Ajay). As the groom is a bad guy, Bhumi's grandfather (Kota Srinivasa Rao) lies that Bhumi was in love with a boy in the city.So Bhanu tells Bhumi to bring him to the village. Krish reaches the village with Bhumi and realises that everyone her house are afraid of Bhanu and make them realise that he came there to blossom love in everyone. He also makes Bhanu to realise his folly and unites him with his brother Siva and the two villages celebrate their reunion. At this juncture, Indu reaches the village. Then Krish and Bhumi realise the problem. If Krish reveals the truth that he is not in love with Bhumi and actually loved Indu, both Bhanu and Siva would be at loggerheads once again. How Krish solved the problem? To whom he married? Answers to all these questions should be seen on-screen.PERFORMANCE: NTR, as usual, has given a wonderful performance in Brindavanam. He has maintained good comedy timing and has done the action scenes with equal ease. Vamsi has etched the character by mixing the family image with action scenes to please the mass audiences thereby maintaining the action-hero image. Kajal is sweet in half-sarees as a village girl. Most of the film revolves around Kajal. Samantha, who appears an urban girl, has done justice to her role and she is also quite glamorous and appealing. The characters of Prakash Raj and Srihari are of equal status and they have lived up to the expectations. Kota Srinivasa Rao is okay in his role as grandfather. Ahuti Prasad's character is a little lower to his calibre and Raghubabu is okay. Mukesh Rushi and Pragati are adequate. Tanikella Bharani was wasted as he played the role with negative shades. Ajay's role just comes and goes and plays some role in the climax.TECHNICAL: Dialogues by Koratala Siva are good and dotted with comedy and punch. He has maintained the tempo while penning dialogues with sentiment. Though the basic story is by the director Vamsi Paidipalli, the dialogues have filled life in it. Music by Thaman is soothing and full of melody and rhythm. Choreography of all songs is good to watch. Cinematography by Chota K Naidu is apt and he has perfectly captured the rural beauty. The camera work in action scenes is also good. Action scenes by Ram-Lakshman, though not so stylish, could enthral the mass audiences. Though the story has the shades of old films. Vamsi has scripted a tight screenplay and he has narrated every scene with precision.REMARKS: You can watch the film with a family because of the entertainment values. Dil Raju is once again back on track. Vamsi Paidipalli has brought a smile on his face with his wholesome entertainer. The most interesting point is that the film starts with the song 'Brinadaavanamadi…' in colour and it is quite interesting to watch.

Brindaavanam starring NTR (Krishna), Kajal Agarwal (Bhumi) and Samantha (Indu) is a complete Family entertainer which has all Flavours. Director Vamsi Paidipally had his mark with high Technicality in Direction.Movie is clean family drama projecting NTR in a new angle. NTR's acting is very Good. Dialogues are too good in this movie, The Exchange of dialogues between NTR and Prakash raj brought a huge Response in theater. Action sequences have some Overdose with huge members.Cinematography by Chota K Naidu is Extraordinary, the way he picturized the Whole film is Excellent. Settings and Locations in movie are beautiful. Music by Thamman is Average. Both the Heroines Kajal and Samantha acted Very well. Senior actors like kota srinivasa rao, prakash raj, srihari performances are good.Overall the movie is blended with all type of flavors and a clean movie to watch with your Family.

Krish (NTR) is the only son of a multi-millionaire industrialist and his girlfriend is Indu (Samantha). Indu's friend is Bhoomi (Kajal Agarwal). Bhoomi's father (Prakash Raj) forces her to get into wedlock but she wants to continue her studies. Hence she lies to her father that she is already in love with a guy and her father wants to meet her boy friend. Indu asks Krish to act as boyfriend of Bhoomi. The rest of the story is all about what happens in Brindavanam (Prakash Raj's house).NTR: NTR who is known as huge mass hero came out of his image to do a character that doesn't have his usual roughness to it. He is very good as a lover boy and a lovable son. He has also made sure that there are ample fights and a few mass dialogues for his fan-base to enjoy. NTR should be appreciated for doing the pre-climax scene. He again proves to be one of the best dancers in the industry.Others: Kajal Agarwal is nice. Samantha who played prim, proper and individualistic Jessie in YMC played a glamorous role in this film by wearing western outfits. She is cool. Prakash Raj does his usual father role with panache. Srihari is very good in an important role. Brahmanandam is hilarious as dupe father of NTR. Ajay looks dashing as villain, Tanikella Bharani and Kota Sreenivasa Rao are excellent. Venu madhav, Mukesh Rushi, Raghu Babu & Ahuti Prasad are adequate.Story screenplay - direction: The story of the movie resembles a few similar themed films like Bavagaru Bagunnara and Allugugaru Vacharu. There also traces of Bommarillu in Prakash Raj's characterization. Vamsi Paidipalli has proved his calibre as a director who knows how to make stylish, action films with his debut Munna. The action sequences in this movie are also well conceived. Vamsi has also did well in entertainment department in the second half of brindavanam. However, he couldn't get it right when it comes to emotional/sentiment scenes. He tried using typical Karan Johar kind of sentiment where each and every character in the movie has moisturized eyes either due to happiness or sadness. The senti/emotional scenes are artificial in the movie. But the screenplay is properly formatted to cater to all sections of audiences.Other departments: Music by Thaman is good on screen when combined with the visuals. Background music is nice. Dialogues by Koratala Siva are neat. Cinematography by Chota K Naidu is excellent. I liked the way he has shown the vehicles with a clear sky behind. Editing is smooth. Art direction by Anand Sai is good. Ram - Laxman's fights are enjoyable. Production values by Dil Raju are good very good.Analysis: First half of the movie is adequate. Major part of the second half is entertaining. Climax of the movie is debatable. The plus points are NTR and entertainment in second half (from interval to the 5th song of the movie). On the flip side, the story of the movie gives us deja vu feeling in many aspects and the emotional part should have been natural (instead of appearing forced). Brindavanam is a decent and clean movie with enough ingredients to make it work at box office. It is up to NTR to get a range for the movie.
