Following the death of his best friend, 17-year-old Shelby struggles to readjust back into life at boarding school until popular girl Lilibet decides to take him under her wing. This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
