Good movie but grossly overrated

Absolutely brilliant

This is the worst comedy Pakistani movie i have ever seen. The plot was strong but the script was really third rated. It looked liked as if the script was written in haste or by part time writers. The script not only lacked any strength but also the consistency.Apart from few good jokes by the stammering guy "Moti", the overall comedy was not close to being funny. The humor was created by the overacting and "trying to be funny situation" kind of scenes which can only create anxiety among the viewers as to understand what is going on. The chemistry between the characters was completely absent specially between the Leading male and female characters. Right from the first scene, the characters could only be seen fighting and mocking each other and the chemistry was completely out of the picture.Also, i do not know any reason as why the Hero was mad at his friends the whole time when his friends were only trying to cheer him up.The movie was full of script errors, blunders and with highly weak direction. Overall it was a loss of comedy.

while reading the top reviews, yes i would definitely agree that the only thing watchable in the entire non stop irritating movie like this is Yasir Hussain / Moti. This guy has done one tremendous job with his lines, jokes and timings. Hats off...!! As for the rest of the movie: 1. Shehzad Sheikh Too much over acting, like there is a little much then there is too much and there is like hell lot of much. Shehzan ensured to even crossed that line. Main role but never for a second up to the level. He was forcing himself for the acting, perhaps he was taught that since his father is a big time Pakistan Industry Actor, so the acting would come to him naturally. 2. Ayesha Omar OK, she was forcely included in the movie. A middle class girl, all of sudden in agreement for a road trip with three guys out of which only one is known to her as a very bad neighbour, then changing her outfit from Shalwar Kameez to Jeans and Sleeveless Top was not digestible. 3. Moti / Yasir Hussain The only life in the movie. The only one with comic timings and style. 10/10 for him. I am seeing review O Watch this movie for revival of Pakistani Cinema. Watch the movies in order to encourage them. Fine i understand but that does not have to be on a price of complete torture. In short, boring and too boring. But if u do watch it perhaps the character of Moti will give u some satisfaction.

I consider myself to be an all-round modest guy. I certainly don't pretend to be something i'm not. However, seeing this 137 min flick, i am fairly certain i would've done a better job at directing while still making enough time for afternoon chai back at home. The film takes us on a rather loop-holed journey into the life of a young salary-man and his posse of two- dimensional friends who, despite our central character's consistent verbal insults and slurs, manage to brush everything off for a 36 hour road trip to crash his 'evil' ex's wedding. I use apostrophes because the only thing resembling something bad she did was prolong their inevitable breakup. Joining in is a girl-next-door who goes through the biggest and fastest personality u-turn (like..literally 15 hours) in the film..and not even in a good way. From a fiercely independent young women to a urban-hipster wannabee ready to put on her ghaghra and dance the night away. I feel a bit silly writing such a serious review for such a light-hearted attempt , which brings me to the headline: While i did go into the movie with reasonably high expectations, it soon became apparent that they were for naught and by the 15th minute i started to view it as a prolonged infomercial courtesy of Hbl and Cornetto (a courtesy that i was reminded of every 10 minutes or so). And to my surprise, i actually caught myself enjoying a few (emphasis on few) punchlines. Moti, the only character worth mentioning, and a few well-timed songs are two sole things standing in between this film and a 1-star review...at least in my humble opinion. Long story short 'best to lower your expectations going in'. Maybe even think of it as an over-budget amateur film instead of a short-budget mainstream one. Might save you the second-hand embarrassment.

Someone should introduce a new genre for this movie "UNFUNNY". If you call this a FUNNY movie then you have to contact some good doctor. This movie tries very hard to be funny but fails terribly. Some punches from hippie friend is funny but not a single funny punch from the lead which makes you laugh. So much advertising of HBL and Cornetto that it makes your stomach hurt. You can't even understand the character of Zaheem and his friends e.g he hits and abuses his friends but they still stick with him like a leech and not only one time Zaheem says sorry to them. I just want to say that don't even bother to watch this movie otherwise you will regret it later.P.S This movie should be renamed as "_____". You can't even rename this crap.
