Pretty Good
Absolutely Fantastic
It was OK. I don't see why everyone loves it so much. It wasn't very smart or deep or well-directed.
A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
It is a lovely film. It was not very predictable. The backstories of the characters were nicely done. Nothing is perfect, but this movie is very watchable. It is not exactly a comedy.. that is true, but a lovely movie none the less. I can't believe the low rating.. it deserves alot more. A fair assesment imo would be a 7 or 7.5, but I am giving it a 10 just for balance.
Funny, charming, romantic. All of the ingredients for a good movie night.
Such a fun movie! It's nice to see a good romantic comedy with a different twist. I loved the characters and how people who supposedly would never be friends make the best friends when you need them.
Happened upon this movie during an HBO free preview weekend, and was pleasantly surprised to see a time tested formula regurgitated for 2017. It's easy to point out the predictability of the plot and the flawed nature of the acting. But try not to forget that films are meant to be entertaining, and even if it might be negative they should invoke some sort of emotion. It's not Romeo and Juliet, but it was never trying to be. At the very least you should feel better that somebody somewhere was going in a positive and slightly uplifting direction when it's much more profitable to remind you of how much life sucks. Would probably not seek it out, but if I happened upon it again I would definitely watch it.
