Great Film overall
It was OK. I don't see why everyone loves it so much. It wasn't very smart or deep or well-directed.
A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a creative, well-made and thought-provoking film. Michel Gondry presents the story in a very unique manner while Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet carry the film with believable and memorable performances. It may be confusing at first, but trust me, you won't regret watching this movie.
It simply doesnt make any sense! Why would anyone make a movie like this? Whooever made this must have been really screwed up in the head. And i almost want to enquire about the well being of the person that made this.
One of the best romance videos I saw Acting 10 screenplay 10 Music 10 Everything is great
I had to stop watching it after 15 minutes because I couldn't bear Carey and Winslett's characters any longer. He's a sad wimp of a man - a real loser, and she's a neurotic idiot with a collection of potato heads. The idea that a pretty woman would for one minute make the first approach on such a wimpy man has been played out in a few films I've watched and it's totally unreal and highly unlikely to happen in real life, so as soon as they start that one up I usually lose interest pretty quickly (even worse is when, he's not just a sad loser, but also 25 years her senior like in the movie 'The Girl In The Cafe' with Billy Nighy and Kelly Mcdonald - about as likely to happen in real life as spiders landing on earth from mars..), I did enjoy Being John Malcovitch though..
