Fresh and Exciting
Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.
The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
A fireman takes an unexpected course of action when a man whom he's been ordered to testify against, after being held up at a local convenience store, threatens him. Fire with Fire is another low point at Bruce Willis career but also a poor excuse of a movie as a whole since even with a terrific and talented cast like that the movie still remains a waste of time. 50 Cent has a small cameo that wasn't needed, Josh Duhamel throwing up while trying to interrogate someone and D'Onorfio as a Nazi crime boss that doesn't sell good at all. Overall stick with a better Willis movie!!!
The LOVE angle is not realistic. First off, and I'm sorry for all those who dig the fem actress, she is butt ugly in the movie. Boy meets girl, one time sex, now they're in love enough to move across country with each other? Violate her law enforcement ethics? Commit murder? All based on one hotel night of sex? Not believable.Bruce W has what, a dozen lines in the whole movie? They would have done the movie good to develop his character more but instead, they focused on the boy/girl thing.Action bits weren't too bad - gun shots etc.All in all the acting was about on par with a 70's porno movie, without the porn.Cellphones in the movies always work a heck of a lot better than mine does in real life.
When fireman Josh Duhamel witnesses a murder in a convenience store he is put in witness protection and it doesn't work he has to fight fire with fire. Poor Josh gets beaten up to many times and has to be a one man fire fighter criminal killing machine. He is a capable and suitable action hero but the story he has to work with loses steam after the first half hour.Rosario Dawson plays an FBI agent - but the most useless agent in history till the end.Bruce Willis looks tired and squinty and doesn't do much - but I guess they need his name to add prestige to the project. It's okay for one watch but it is a bit of a let down and you'll see why it went straight to DVD.
Think about a mafia boss who organizes a mafia system in 50 states but he is killing someone in gas station or somewhere else. That kind of person has to be in close follow-up by authorities. He can easily all information about someone who is in an witness protection program. It has not to be possible any officer can reach that kind of info. Maybe that movie can be a sample how you make mistakes. Meanwhile it cannot be easy to reach that kind of mafia bosses and their locations I think. However you can see some active scenes. For example the woman police see the bullet in the air just like the matrix. One of them entered into her head but she did not have any scare on her face.
