Great movie! If you want to be entertained and have a few good laughs, see this movie. The music is also very good,

It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

A HAUNTED HOUSE is another horror spoof written by and starring Marlon Wayans, but the great news is that it's a lot funnier than his previous efforts, the overrated and pitiful SCARY MOVIE franchise. The ageless Wayans and his wife encounter bizarre events in their home and soon realise that a demon is responsible. It's an open spoof of PARANORMAL ACTIVITY with a little demonic possession material added to the mix. Wayans is actually funny here and a cast of quirky characters helps a fair bit. I was still repelled by the childish gross-out humour (such as fart jokes and the like) and it's a little too crude at times, but I did find some moments very funny indeed. It helps that the whole 'found footage' genre is ripe for spoofery which allows this film to hit the mark on occasion.

This movie is just pooh pooh. It is not funny. There a scene with man taking a pooh pooh on a floor. And that is proof that is not funny it is just pooh pooh. The story is line awful. The acting is awful. The humor is awful. There are a lot of comedy movies that are not funny. They are just pooh pooh and this is one them. A couple by a haunted house. It is supposed to be funny but it is just pooh pooh. The Wayans brother have no talent. There are not funny. There do not know how to be funny. There movie to prove the comedy is easy. Do not wast you time. Do not wast your money do not see this awful pooh pooh of a movie. This is one of the worst comedies from 2013. It is not funny at all.

I really liked the movie and I totally had some crazy laughs with my pals.You need to understand Marlon Wayans comedy, I'v watch all his movies and I like them all. They are some funny scenes example when they are in the room and the lights goes off and it was Nick Swardson who did it just so he could grab his ass and so on. Nick Swardson is one funny guy too, when he gets the gay/homosexual acting person he really doest a great job and its so funny to watch (Reno 911!: Miami. Funny movie to with him)

Just saw this movie on Netflix. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for a ticket, or I would have wanted my money back. I was reminded of just how annoying Marlon Wayans and Nick Swardson can be in a low brow comedy. It's primarily based on Paranormal Activity, which I haven't seen due to the fact I can't stand the first person/home video point of view filming. A haunted House just isn't funny anyway. I might have watched a little over half way through before I had seen enough to turn it off.I can't recommend this to anybody. Total waist of time. Maybe some of the stoners will like it.
