I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
Powerful
Good start, but then it gets ruined
It's complicated... I really like the directing, acting and writing but, there are issues with the way it's shot that I just can't deny. As much as I love the storytelling and the fantastic performance but, there are also certain scenes that didn't need to exist.
This movie is the movie version of my life. As a young child, i always felt the need... the need for murder. I would ask my mother, "Woman, why can't people hurt other people?" When i grew older, i decided to join a science fair. My experiment involved the adverse side effects of very large penises enter different orifices of my body. Unfortunately, in my experiments, the all mighty Santan decided that i deserved HIV, for he had a bigger plan for me. He came to me in my dreams, spinning tales of point values for murder, and the importance of consuming urine. It soon became apparent that he wanted me to try to kill as much as possible. In my adolescent years i realized, "damn, my sister's a babe," so we started banging. My mother grew jealous and wanted in and my father left us when he found out about our so called "abomination". Once i started driving, i used Satan's point system to entertain myself, but i was imprisoned for 20 years(during which i performed many more experiments) cause i screamed "FIFTY POINTS" out my car window while running down a pregnant woman in front of a police station.
Thinking he's following a real-life version of a favorite video game character, a young boy unwittingly aids a serial killer along a rampage of carnage on Halloween night, and when it finally dawns on him about his actions, tries to help his parents stop the madman. This ended up being quite an enjoyable if really flawed effort. Most of this is due to the absolutely original notion of the connection between the killer and the game, which is quite a coincidence but really allows for a demented atmosphere throughout as there's the whole issue of a child being fascinated with violence and death and actively encouraging it to happen, granted unwittingly but still plays an active part in the process. By making it so that he's so unable to realize the difference between real-life and fantasy allows this to really get dark with its humor by including the rampage home from the supermarket where they basically run wild through the town knocking off people left and right in the shopping as he joyfully cries out alongside the carnage which is simply fun all around simply by his presence there gleefully doing his thing during the whole sequence as he thinks it to be a game they're playing. That as well gives the scenes in the house prior to the rampage a sense of eeriness as the killer interacts with the family who are unaware of the true nature of their companion as the cold, silent stare out from underneath the unimaginably creepy devil mask works wonders in generating a creepy villain and aides this as well during the other scenes out among the town as the rampage really picks up during the middle segments of the film. While this tries to give off a comedic vibe from these efforts, it's really not all that funny as the entire joke, that he can't distinguish fantasy from reality because of the way the character's dressed, is pretty lame for a running joke to go through an entire film and doesn't really have much else in the way of jokes to make it work. It's all based on his inability to see that the figure is a killer as everyone else plays along for no reason and this ends up giving the film a really off vibe during the first hour. Thankfully, once the ruse is found out that's dropped in favor of a series effort to stop the madman which is far more interesting with the twist involving the identity switch, the race to stop him from getting back to the kid and the rampage at the party offering some addition fun due to the more serious tone offered. Overall, it's quite a fun ride but it's most certainly not as funny as people say it is, leading to it's only real flaw.Rated R: Graphic Violence, Graphic Language, drug use and constant scenes of children-in-peril.
Being a dark comedy doesn't count if the humor is like a sledge hammer to the skull. I first that it was going to be some bad Christian commentary on violence in video games, but that was giving it too much credit. Really, someone please make a horrible Christian commentary on violence in video games. Get someone unsubtle to direct it to. Some budget, no budget, I don't even care. It could be a vehicle for the crazy lying lawyer guy. Can you tell I'm padding my review yet? I've really said all I can say. The movie was bad. Really bad. I don't recommend this movie. Hey, have you played the new Arkham game? I have. It wasn't that bad.
If you love corny slash films, you're going to love this! I spotted this beauty at Blockbusters long ago and decided to give the poor thing a benefit of the doubt. How terrible could it be, right? Yes, indeed, it is terrible. It's a low-budget, corny horror movie, far worse than Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but not as bad as Silent Night Deadly Night 2. Despite all of this, it's a great movie, full of originality, creativity, and lots of laughs. The characters are oddly likable and the classic suburban setting brings back wonderful memories to those who traipsed through the neighborhoods on Halloween night, pillow case full of candy in hand. This is definitely a must-see film for those who love to curl up on the couch on All Hallows Eve, laughing at all of the low-budget blood splatters and screams that make movies like these wonderful.
