Empire of The Apes
In a distant galaxy three escaped female convicts crash land on a primitive world inhabited by a race of warlike apes. They fight for survival as the humanoid apes fight for their possession, body and soul. A daring escape is their only way out. Hot on their heels are the blood lusting gorillas and a prison warden bent on their return to the prison ship they escaped from. Treachery, alliances and battle await the fighting factions. Good concept, poorly executed.
Absolutely the worst movie.
It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.
There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
EMPIRE OF THE APES is an indescribably bad shot-on-video indie rip-off of PLANET OF THE APES featuring a bunch of jerks running around in the woods in gorilla masks and pronouncing their dialogue really badly. It's even worse than PLAY-MATE OF THE APES, a previous erotic version of the story I saw. The main characters are a trio of astronaut women wearing very little and delivering their dialogue in an embarrassing way. The video FX help to ensure that this is nightmarishly amateurish.
