Takada showed him a video of Orteca escaping from prison! Orteca later transforms into Kamen Rider Orteca!

Sadly Over-hyped
It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.
True to its essence, the characters remain on the same line and manage to entertain the viewer, each highlighting their own distinctive qualities or touches.
This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
